How to sign up for Medicare Part B electronically?

You can sign up for Medicare Part B without visiting the Social Security Adminstration office. The SSA have created an online (electronic application) to submit your part B. You simply fill out the application, no log in or sign up needed. Make sure to have proof of previous insurance coverage, like a current insurance ID card or a letter from employer or spouse employer showing previous coverage.
