Ameritas give immediate access to ID cards when you enroll in a Denal or Vision policy. You should receive an email from Ameritas, to sign up for the client portal. Once you sign up, and login to your portal you should be able to see your ID card(s).
If you still have issues finding your ID cards or need help accessing the portal, you can email cs@ameritas.com requesting your ID card. Make sure to provide your full name and Policy ID if possible.
