How to request a Small Business Group Health Plan Quote?

You can request a small business health plans quote by following the steps below. 

1. You can simply go to Group Health Plans page and fill out the form. Make sure to download the census form, fill it out with employees info, and attach before submitting.
2. Alternatively, you can email the census form with all your employees information to support@getsmartquotes.com.

What if I have already submitted a quote request and still have not heard back?

We need at least 48 hours to turn quotes back to you. Since we are independent health brokers, we work with all available carriers in your business area. So we would quote you with all available carriers to make sure you receive an unbiased quote serving your employees best interest.
