How to make a payment to BCBS-IL?

You can make a payment for your Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois invidividual health insurance plan online or over the phon. 

1. Go to https://www.bcbsil.com/individual-family-health-insurance/pay-my-bill
2. Choose whether you want to make a one time payment or your first payment. 

If you prefer to make a payment by phone you can call BCBS-IL customer service at 1-800-538-8833 and select Make a payment. 

Make a payment by Mail:

Be sure you follow all instructions shown on your bill. 

In Person: 

• After making your first payment, payments can be made with cash at MoneyGram® locations near you (including most Walmart, ACE Cash Express and CVS stores). MoneyGram locations in Walmart and Albertsons stores also take debit card payments.
• Bring a copy of your bill, which includes your account or billing ID number and your "receive code," with your payment.
